Tom will be away from the 16th November - 4th December. Oliver, Basia and Alistair will be covering the groups during this time.

GROUP STATUS

Please see the tables below to find out the status of any group booked onto.

ON - The group is running. 

​

OFF - This group is not running, but will be back shortly.

SOCIAL - This group is still on, but is an unsupervised session. 

If an individual group needs to be cancelled, a text will be sent out to those booked on. We will send out any cancellation messages with as much notice as possible so you are able to make alternative plans.

BOOKING SYSTEM

The booking system is taking bookings for groups.

GROUP AVAILABILITY / CANCELLATIONS

If a space is available on a group, it will be bookable via the online system. There is a 48hr cancellation policy and we ask that you do not offer your booking to another player without notifying us via your confirmation email. Please double check your contact information when booking a group as all correspondence will use that information. 

WHEN WILL WE BE BACK TO NORMAL?

Groups are expected to return back to normal on the 4th December.
